20th century decorative arts and collector’s furniture
Galerie Guelfucci is renowned for its expertise in 20th-century French art and design, presenting an exceptional selection of decorative arts and collectible furniture from the Art Deco period.
With over 25 years of experience, Laurent Guelfucci chooses each piece with an exacting eye, reflecting his distinctive, refined aesthetic and deep knowledge of the field.
Founded in 1998, with its first space at the Louvre des Antiquaires in Paris, the gallery later expanded with a presence in Berlin. In its ongoing evolution, it now offers a private showroom in Paris, housed within a historic 1920s building, accessible exclusively by appointment.
The Guelfucci collection comprises remarkable pieces of furniture, decorative objects, paintings, and sculptures from the first half of the 20th century. Over the years, the gallery has assembled an extensive Art Deco archive, including a significant collection of original documents on Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann.
Paying homage to the great French designers and creators of the period, Guelfucci presents works by André Groult, Louis Süe and André Mare, Pierre Chareau, Jean-Michel Frank, Eyre de Lanux, and Armand-Albert Rateau, with a particular expertise in the work of Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann.
The gallery has exhibited at the world’s most prestigious art fairs, including PAD Paris, Cologne Fine Art & Design, and Design Miami/Basel. Among its notable achievements, Galerie Guelfucci’s participation in Design Miami/Basel 2022 featured a dedicated exhibition exploring the symbolism and materiality of oak in the creations of Jean-Michel Frank, Jean Royère, Eyre de Lanux, André Groult, Jacques Adnet, and others.

Reflecting Laurent Guelfucci’s personal vision, the project embodies his lifelong passion for Art Deco and collectible design, offering a curated selection for collectors, museums, and interior architects worldwide.
